We're going to try posting detours here as we hear of them.
ROUTE 6:
Onalaska Ave will be closed between Livingston Street and Gohres Street starting Monday 9/23/2024. Route 6 Downtown will turn right at Loomis Street south to Gohres Street. Then left continuing to Onalaska and back on route. Route 6 north will turn left on Gohres then right on Loomis and north to Livingston and back on route. Temporary stops will be placed at Gohres and Onalaska.

OKTOBERFEST (Route 6):
Thursday, September 26 - From 5:40 to 8:40 p.m. Route 6 (both directions) will use the following detour due to the Torchlight Parade:
ROUTE 6 NORTHSIDE WILL USE MONITOR ST TO LANG DRIVE AND THEN RESUME THE ROUTE AT RANGER DR.
ROUTE 6 DOWNTOWN WILL USE RANGER DRIVE TO GEORGE ST, GEORGE ST TO MONITOR ST, MONITOR ST TO ROSE ST, ROSE ST TO CAR ST AND CAR ST TO COPELAND AVE AND RESUME THE ROUTE.
Saturday, September 28 - From the beginning of service on until approximately 3:40PM routes 4 and 6 will be detouring.
The Route 4 bus stops on 7th St between State St and La Crosse St and La Crosse St to West Ave will be closed. Route 4 Losey Blvd will use State St to West Ave and West Ave to La Crosse St and resume the route. Route 4 Downtown will use 13th St to State St and State St to 5th Ave to resume the route.
Route 6 Northside will use State St to West Ave and West Ave to Gillette St and resume the route. Route 6 Downtown will use George St to Cass St and Cass St to the transit center. No bus stop closed signs will be put up.
