Catch the SMRT Yellow Route #2 as it winds through La Crosse mid-morning and arrive in Viroqua near the Vernon County Fairgrounds at a little after 11 a.m. Spend an hour or an afternoon at the Fair. Remember, the Viroqua Shared Ride Taxi can help you get around in Viroqua and Westby. Return trip is on your own. Check the BLUE and YELLOW schedules for options. We should be able to return from the fairgrounds.
We have some fare passes for the first few riders.
Otherwise, the fare is $4 (PAY CASH TO THE DRIVER) each way.
We’ll arrive in Viroqua at about 11 a.m. and you will choose how long to stay at the fair, what to do, where to go, and how long to stay There are four return trip options which have you back in La Crosse between 1:30 and 5:00 p.m.
In addition to the fair, there are great ethnic and local food restaurants in the area and many more things to explore, including
